AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE BASSETT 
STREET COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INCUBATOR PROJECT IN 
NEW HAVEN. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1 
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 
three million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4 
Department of Economic and Community Development for the 5 
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid for the Basset Street Community 6 
Development Incubator Project in New Haven. 7 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide funding for the Bassett Street Community Development 
Incubator Project.
