2019 AN ACT CONCERNING CH ILDREN'S HEALTH.
2120 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2423 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2019) The Commissioner of Public Health 1
2524 shall conduct a study to determine whether policy and procedural 2
2625 changes within the Department of Public Health may improve the 3
2726 health of children throughout the state. The commissioner shall report, 4
2827 in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 5
2928 statutes, the findings of such study to the joint standing committee of 6
3029 the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to 7
3130 children on or before January 1, 2020. 8
3231 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
