47 | | - | not have a prior written order from a qualified medical professional |

48 | | - | authorizing the administration of epinephrine. |

49 | | - | (d) The director of the Department of Children and Families |

50 | | - | Wilderness School shall ensure that (1) all epinephrine in |
---|
51 | | - | premeasured, commercially prepared autoinjectors are stored and |
---|
52 | | - | labeled in a manner consistent with the regulations adopted pursuant |
---|
53 | | - | to section 19a-428 of the general statutes; and (2) records concerning |
---|
54 | | - | the administration of epinephrine in commercially prepared |
---|
55 | | - | autoinjectors are maintained in a manner consistent with the |
---|
56 | | - | regulations adopted pursuant to section 19a-428 of the general statutes. |

57 | | - | (e) No qualified employee administering epinephrine to a child |

58 | | - | pursuant to this section shall be liable to such child or a parent or |
---|
59 | | - | guardian of such child for civil damages for any personal injuries that |
