1920 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VETERANS' CEMETERY ACCOUNT.
2021 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2122 Assembly convened:

2324 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) There is established an 1
2425 account to be known as the "veterans' cemetery account" which shall 2
2526 be a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund. The 3
2627 account shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in 4
2728 the account which shall include, but not be limited to, all 5
2829 reimbursements paid to the Department of Veterans Affairs by the 6
2930 federal government for expenses incurred by said department for the 7
3031 maintenance of any veterans' cemetery established pursuant to section 8
3132 27-122a of the general statutes. Moneys in the account shall be 9
3233 expended by the Commissioner of Veterans Affairs for the 10
3334 maintenance of any such veterans' cemetery. 11
3435 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
