19	20		AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VETERANS' CEMETERY ACCOUNT.
20	21		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
21	22		Assembly convened:

23	24		Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) There is established an 1
24	25		account to be known as the "veterans' cemetery account" which shall 2
25	26		be a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund. The 3
26	27		account shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in 4
27	28		the account which shall include, but not be limited to, all 5
28	29		reimbursements paid to the Department of Veterans Affairs by the 6
29	30		federal government for expenses incurred by said department for the 7
30	31		maintenance of any veterans' cemetery established pursuant to section 8
31	32		27-122a of the general statutes. Moneys in the account shall be 9
32	33		expended by the Commissioner of Veterans Affairs for the 10
33	34		maintenance of any such veterans' cemetery. 11
34	35		This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
