General Assembly Substitute Bill No. 1090

AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF REVENUES AN D TAX POLICIES
OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The chairpersons and ranking 1
members of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 2
having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding 3
shall study certain revenues and tax policies of the state, as selected by 4
said chairpersons and ranking members. Not later than January 1, 5
2020, said chairpersons and ranking members shall jointly submit a 6
report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 7
statutes, to the General Assembly, summarizing the results of such 8
study. 9
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
