AN ACT CONCERNING EX PENDITURES FOR MUNICIPAL AID.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1
and Management shall conduct a review of expenditures for municipal 2
aid during the biennium ending June 30, 2019. Not later than February 3
1, 2020, the secretary shall submit the results of such review, in 4
accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint 5
standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 6
matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
