AN ACT CONCERNING TH E COMMUNITY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1
and Management shall conduct a review of expenditures from the 2
community investment account, established pursuant to section 4-66a 3
of the general statutes, during the biennium ending June 30, 2019. Not 4
later than February 1, 2020, the secretary, in accordance with section 5
11-4a of the general statutes, shall submit the results of such review, 6
including a listing of recipients of funds from such account, to the joint 7
standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 8
matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 9
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
