AN ACT CONCERNING TH E REPEAL OF A CONVEYANCE OF A
PARCEL OF STATE LAND TO THE TOWN OF NORWA LK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 4 of public act 17-238 is repealed. (Effective from 1
passage) 2
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage Repealer section
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal a provision requiring the Commissioner of Transportation to
convey a certain parcel to the town of Norwalk.
