CONSTITUTION TO PERMIT EARLY VOTING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state be amended to provide that an 1
elector may, prior to the day of an election, cast a ballot at such 2
election. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow electors to vote at an election prior to the day of such election.
