RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
JOHN M. NEWSON OF BR OOKLYN TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable John M. Newson of Brooklyn to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve a term of eight years from February 4, 2019, is 3
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 4
Court for said term. 5
