RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
LUBBIE HARPER, JR. OF NORTH HAVEN TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Lubbie Harper, Jr. of North Haven to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from March 16, 2019, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.4
