RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
MELANIE L. CRADLE OF DURHAM TO BE A MEMBE R OF THE
CRIMINAL JUSTICE COM MISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Melanie L. Cradle of Durham, to be a member of the 2
Criminal Justice Commission, for a term coterminous with his term or 3
until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is 4
approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said 5
term. 6
