RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
ANDREW J. MCDONALD O F STAMFORD AS MEMBER AND
CHAIRPERSON OF THE C RIMINAL JUSTICE COMM ISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Andrew J. McDonald, of Stamford, to be appointed a 2
member and the chairperson of the Criminal Justice Commission, for a 3
term coterminous with his term or until a successor is appointed and 4
has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he 5
is appointed said member and chairperson for said term. 6
