RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF MOY N. OGILVIE
OF BLOOMFIELD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE CRIM INAL JUSTICE
COMMISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Moy N. 1
Ogilvie, of Bloomfield, to be reappointed a member of the Criminal 2
Justice Commission, for a term coterminous with his term or until a 3
successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is 4
approved and confirmed, and she is reappointed said member for said 5
term. 6
