FATHER HUGO ANGELES AND HUGO ANGELES, IN DIVIDUALLY V.
STATE OF CONNECTICUT .
Resolved by the Senate:
That the provisions of the stipulated agreement in the action Hugo 1
Angeles, Administrator of the Estate of Athena Angeles, Artemisa 2
Angeles by Her Next Friend and Father Hugo Angeles and Hugo 3
Angeles, Individually, Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of 4
Hartford, at Hartford, Docket No.: HHD-CV-16-6071643-S, dated 5
December 13, 2018, requiring an expenditure from the General Fund 6
budget in excess of two million five hundred thousand dollars and 7
submitted by the Attorney General to this Assembly for approval in 8
accordance with section 3-125a of the general statutes, are approved. 9
