BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC
DEFENDER SERVICES AN D THE PUBLIC DEFENDE R ATTORNEYS
AND SUPERVISING ATTO RNEYS, LOCAL 381, AFSCME COUNCIL 4,
AFL-CIO.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the collective bargaining agreement between the Division of 1
Public Defender Services and the Public Defender Attorneys and 2
Supervising Attorneys, Local 381, AFSCME Council 4, AFL-CIO, 3
effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2021, inclusive, and submitted to this 4
assembly January 24, 2019, for approval, as provided in subsection (b) 5
of section 5-278 of the general statutes, is approved. 6
