RESOLUTION PROPOSING APPROVAL OF AN INTER EST
ARBITRATION AWARD BE TWEEN THE STATE OF C ONNECTICUT
AND THE CONNECTICUT STATE POLICE UNION (NP-1).
Resolved by the Senate:
That the interest arbitration award between the State of Connecticut 1
and the Connecticut State Police Union (NP-1), issued by the arbitrator 2
on April 29, 2019, and submitted to this assembly May 3, 2019, for 3
approval, as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general 4
statutes, is approved. 5
