| 25 | 25 | | Section 1. Section 27-102p of the general statutes is repealed and the 1 |

| 26 | 26 | | following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): 2 |

| 27 | 27 | | (a) Not later than July [15, 2007, and] fifteenth annually, [thereafter,] 3 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | each state agency or municipality that provides benefits to veterans, as 4 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | defined in section 27-103, shall submit a report to the Commissioner of 5 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | [Veterans'] Veterans Affairs, in the manner and form prescribed by the 6 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | commissioner, that includes a description of each type of benefit 7 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | provided to veterans, the value of such benefit and the number of 8 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | veterans to whom such benefit was provided, for the twelve-month 9 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | period ending on June thirtieth of the same year. [The commissioner 10 |

| 35 | 35 | | shall compile the data in such report.] 11 |
