| 24 | 24 | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2020) There is established an 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | account to be known as the "veterans' cemetery account" which shall be 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund. The account 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the account 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | which shall include, but not be limited to, all reimbursements paid to 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | the Department of Veterans Affairs by the federal government for 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | expenses incurred by said department for the maintenance of any 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | veterans' cemetery established pursuant to section 27-122a of the 8 | |
| 32 | 32 | general statutes. Moneys in the account shall be expended by the 9 | |
| 33 | 33 | Commissioner of Veterans Affairs for the maintenance of any such 10 | |
| 34 | 34 | veterans' cemetery and for no other purpose. 11 | |
