AN ACT EXEMPTING ALL ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS FROM
FEES FOR OPERATOR LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to exempt all active 1
duty service members who were not residents of Connecticut at the time 2
of induction from fees for motor vehicle operator's licenses or 3
registrations. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt active duty service members who were not residents of
Connecticut at the time of induction from fees for motor vehicle
operator's licenses or registrations.
