AN ACT CONCERNING AN APPROPRIATION FOR T HE
CONNECTICUT WING CIV IL AIR PATROL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2020) The sum of three hundred 1
forty-one thousand dollars is appropriated to the Department of 2
Emergency Services and Public Protection, from the General Fund, for 3
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, for a grant to the Connecticut Wing 4
Civil Air Patrol for the purposes of section 15-98 of the general statutes. 5
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 July 1, 2020 New section
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate three hundred forty-one thousand dollars to the
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection for a grant to
the Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol. Raised Bill No. 219
