25 | 25 | That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that (1) the 1 | |

27 | 27 | corresponding to the senators in Congress to which the state is entitled 3 | |
28 | 28 | shall cast their ballots for the Presidential and Vice Presidential 4 | |
29 | 29 | candidates receiving the highest total of votes state-wide, and (2) each 5 | |
30 | 30 | of the five such electors corresponding to the representative in Congress 6 | |
