| 27 | 27 | of a hotel, motel or similar lodging shall offer an hourly rate for any 2 | |
| 28 | 28 | sleeping accommodation maintained by such hotel, motel or similar 3 | |
| 29 | 29 | lodging, and (2) the operator of a hotel, motel or similar lodging shall 4 | |
| 30 | 30 | require that a person procuring any sleeping accommodation at such 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | hotel, motel or similar lodging shall, at the time of occupancy of the 6 | |
| 32 | 32 | sleeping accommodation, provide positive proof of identification to the 7 | |
