AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE, TRADE AND DISTRIBUTION OF
SHARK FINS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the possession, sale, 1
distribution and trade of shark fins. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the practice of shark finning.
