AN ACT CONCERNING AIR QUALITY IN CERTAIN DISTRESSED
MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for a plan to analyze 1
air quality in distressed municipalities that are affected by incinerators 2
and industries that produce dust or toxicity. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a plan to analyze the air quality in areas of distressed
municipalities affected by incinerators and industry that produce dust
or toxicity.
