AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDREN AND DIGITAL PRIVACY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the collection and 1
commercial use of digital consumer data and personally identifying 2
information concerning minors. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the collection and commercial use of certain digital
information concerning minors.
