AN ACT PERMITTING FUNERAL DIRECTORS TO OFFER CATERED
FOOD AND BEVERAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit funeral directors to 1
offer catered food and beverages to persons attending funeral services. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow food and beverages to be consumed in funeral homes.
