AN ACT REQUIRING A MENTAL HEALTH EXAMINATION TO BE
INCLUDED AS PART OF A PERSON'S ANNUAL PHYSICAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the inclusion of a 1
mental health examination as part of a person's annual physical. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To help earlier identify the impact of a person's mental health on their
overall health.
