26 | 26 | administer vaccines in any setting other than a hospital, provided the 2 | |
27 | 27 | medical assistant (1) meets certain certification, education and training 3 | |
28 | 28 | requirements, and (2) is acting under the direct supervision, control and 4 | |
29 | 29 | responsibility of a licensed physician or advanced practice registered 5 | |
