AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE IN ACCESS TO AND
EXPEDIENCE IN THE PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
FOR INDIVIDUALS SEEKING SUCH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase access to and 1
expedite the provision of mental health services for individuals seeking 2
such services and increase the financial resources available in order to 3
meet the high demand for such services. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to and the expedience in the provision of mental
health services for individuals seeking such services.
