AN ACT AUTHORING THE CARRYING OF FIREARMS IN STATE
PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the carrying of 1
firearms in state parks for any person who holds a firearms permit. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons who hold firearms permits to carry firearms in state
parks.
