AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE AND BREEDING OF CETACEANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale and 1
breeding of cetaceans and establish a fine of twenty thousand dollars for 2
any violation of such prohibition. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale and breeding of cetaceans.
