AN ACT REVERSING REDUCED REIMBURSEMENT FOR
RADIOLOGICAL PROCEDURES UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Social Services to reverse Medicaid rate reductions for 2
radiological procedures. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reverse reduced reimbursements for radiological procedures under
the Medicaid program.
