20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
21 | 21 | Assembly convened: | |

23 | 23 | That: (1) Section 54-36i of the general statutes be amended to provide 1 | |
24 | 24 | that moneys remaining in the drug assets forfeiture revolving account 2 | |
25 | 25 | at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the General Fund but shall 3 | |
26 | 26 | remain in the revolving account and be allocated to the Department of 4 | |
27 | 27 | Mental Health and Addiction Services for the provision of inpatient 5 | |
28 | 28 | treatment services for drug-dependent persons at facilities operated by 6 | |
29 | 29 | or under contract with the department; and (2) the general statutes be 7 | |
30 | 30 | amended to provide that the Probate Court Administrator shall, within 8 | |
31 | 31 | available appropriations, prepare and distribute informational 9 | |
32 | 32 | materials that are designed to inform the public of Probate Court 10 | |
33 | 33 | procedures that may be of assistance in securing necessary medical 11 | |
34 | 34 | treatment for a drug-dependent person. 12 | |
