24 | 24 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) permit any owner of a 1 | |
25 | 25 | residential building with a foundation made with defective concrete to 2 | |
26 | 26 | obtain a reassessment of such building which shall remain valid until 3 | |
27 | 27 | such foundation is repaired or replaced, and (2) require quarries that 4 | |
28 | 28 | produce aggregate for use in concrete to annually prepare a geological 5 | |
29 | 29 | source report. 6 | |
