AN ACT CONCERNING PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEOGRAPHIC
SPECIAL EFFECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 29-357 of the general statutes be amended to allow for 1
the sale, purchase and use of photographic and videographic special 2
effect smoke bombs in this state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the sale, purchase and use of photographic and
videographic special effect smoke bombs in this state.
