AN ACT EXPANDING VETERANS' ELIGIBILITY FOR PUBLIC
ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to exclude all 1
veterans' pension benefits from income when determining eligibility for 2
public assistance programs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude all veterans' pension benefits from income when
determining eligibility for public assistance programs.
