AN ACT EXEMPTING VETERANS' PENSIONS FROM THE
CALCULATION OF INCOME FOR CERTAIN BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt all veterans' pension 1
benefits from the calculation of income when determining eligibility for 2
state and municipal benefits granted to veterans. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt all veterans' pension benefits from the calculation of income
when determining eligibility for state and municipal benefits granted to
veterans.
