AN ACT EXCLUDING REIMBURSEMENTS TO STATE EMPLOYEES
FOR MILEAGE AND PAYMENTS FOR OVERTIME FROM THE
CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
mileage reimbursements and payments for overtime from pension 2
calculations for state employees. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate mileage reimbursements and payments for overtime from
being included in pension calculations for state employees.
