AN ACT CONCERNING CLASSIFICATION OF NONPROFIT
ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16a of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
working group to evaluate the energy consumption classification 2
procedure for nonprofit organizations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a working group to evaluate the energy consumption
