AN ACT ALLOWING THE SALE OF WINE IN GROCERY STORES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow for the sale 1
of wine in grocery stores, and to require grocery store permittees to 2
reserve ten per cent shelf space to be made available for Connecticut 3
farm wine. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the sale of wine in grocery stores, and provide consumers
easier access to purchase locally made farm wine.
