1818 AN ACT CREATING A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE DIVISION OF

2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2323 Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to create a partnership between 1
2626 the Division of State Police, the Department of Mental Health and 2
2727 Addiction Services and municipal mental health authorities to direct 3
2828 people who are addicted to opioids to appropriate care instead of 4
2929 prison, and to provide funding for such partnership. 5
