25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to create a partnership between 1 | |
26 | 26 | the Division of State Police, the Department of Mental Health and 2 | |
27 | 27 | Addiction Services and municipal mental health authorities to direct 3 | |
28 | 28 | people who are addicted to opioids to appropriate care instead of 4 | |
29 | 29 | prison, and to provide funding for such partnership. 5 | |
