| 27 | 27 | legislature adjourns the regular session sine die without passing the 2 | |
| 28 | 28 | state budget act for funding the expenses of operations of the state 3 | |
| 29 | 29 | government in the ensuing biennium, each legislator's and 4 | |
| 30 | 30 | constitutional officer's salary shall be reduced in proportion to the 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | number of days that elapse before such budget is enacted. 6 | |
