Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to restrict the spraying of toxic 1
herbicides along state highways and provide for the use of natural 2
alternatives. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To restrict the use of herbicides along state highways.
