Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That a task force be established to study how global positioning 1 systems, and other technologies, could track drug overdoses in the state 2 and provide assistance to first responders. 3 Statement of Purpose: To create a task force to study the use of global positioning systems and other technologies in order to track drug overdoses and assist first responders.
