AN ACT CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE USE OF
GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES IN
ORDER TO TRACK DRUG OVERDOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study how global positioning 1
systems, and other technologies, could track drug overdoses in the state 2
and provide assistance to first responders. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to study the use of global positioning systems and
other technologies in order to track drug overdoses and assist first
responders.
