AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR ENGAGING IN SEXUAL
CONTACT WITH AN ANIMAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 53a-72a and 53a-73a of the general statutes be amended 1
to increase the penalty for engaging in sexual contact with an animal. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalty for engaging in sexual contact with an animal.
