AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR THE ILLEGAL DISTRIBUTION
OF FENTANYL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
penalties for persons illegally distributing fentanyl and to hold such 2
persons liable for any resulting overdose death. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for persons illegally distributing fentanyl and
to hold such persons liable for any resulting overdose death.
