AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF SECURITY AT BRADLEY
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 21 of public act 09-7 of the September special session be 1
amended to require the Connecticut Airport Authority, instead of the 2
Department of Transportation, enter into a memorandum of 3
understanding with the Department of Emergency Services and Public 4
Protection concerning the provision of security at Bradley International 5
Airport. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Connecticut Airport Authority, instead of the
Department of Transportation, to enter into an agreement with the
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection concerning
the provision of security at Bradley International Airport.
