Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That sections 19a-421 and 10-530 of the general statutes be amended 1 to require employees of licensed youth camps who are eighteen years of 2 age or older to submit to comprehensive background checks. 3 Statement of Purpose: To require employees of licensed youth camps who are eighteen years of age or older to submit to comprehensive background checks.
