AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF INITIATIVES AND
INCENTIVES FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT PARTNERSHIPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to develop a set of 1
voluntary initiatives for boards of education that choose to engage in 2
partnerships for the purpose of providing learning and services to 3
students. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create initiatives and incentives for boards of education that
voluntarily choose to engage in partnerships for the provision of
learning and services to students.
